Over last summer, I stayed at my Nana’s house in Carmel. I usually spend a lot of time there due to close ties to family and the area. My Nana has an archive of OLD family photos dating back to the 1920s. Someone has to document photos and stories told by my Nana. So I have started the project because I feel obligated to do it. So far, it has been an great experience.

I have finished scanning 15 old albums. I have not photoshopped the individual photos out yet. School just got in the way of completing the project. Here is a sample scan:

I am not sure when the picture was taken.  My Nana and Papalulu(my way of saying Grandmother and Grandfather on my mother’s side) are in the center photo.  Picture was taken in the Filipino Center in Monterey, Ca.
